Our innovative hydrodynamic spray gun nozzle KIM-APM 3.0 allows for the minimization of paint
emissions. This is made possible by the use of through-holes formed at various angles without
interfering with the fundamental principles of painting. The
stream that exits the nozzle KIM-APM 3.0 is shielded by an air jacket, preventing uncontrolled paint
dispersion. The nozzle creates a pneumatic shield that captures irregularly sprayed paint
particles and directs them onto the painted surface, reducing paint dust emissions by up to
61%. Thanks to our innovation, we care for the environment by reducing the penetration of
paint particles into the surroundings and lowering painting costs by reducing paint
consumption. The spray nozzle has received protective certificate no. 73183 issued by the
Patent Office of the Republic of Poland, which attests to the uniqueness and
innovativeness of the solution.
